
1. Clear, Complete Labeling
Each individual dose must be labeled with:
• The traveler’s full legal name
• Medication name(s)
• Exact dosage
• Day and time the dose should be taken
• Any specific instructions, if applicable
2. Secure Packaging
All medications must be safely secured in one of the following:
• An official pre‑poured, sealed envelope
• A secure zip‑lock bag
• A sealed medication envelope
Loose medications placed in an unsealed or improvised envelope will not be accepted. We assume no responsibility for medication errors caused by improper preparation or agency negligence.
3. Medications Must Be Given to Staff at Arrival
All pre‑poured medications must be handed directly to Time of Your Life Vacations staff upon arrival.
• If medications are not provided, we cannot assist with administration.
• Items such as creams, lotions, and topical treatments are not guaranteed to be administered and will not be given on one‑day trips.
4. Unacceptable Medication Containers
We do not accept medications in any of the following under any circumstance:
• Lockboxes
• Tackle boxes
• Pill bottles
• Loose or unpackaged medications
• Lunch Boxes
• Tupperware
• Blister packs
• Any other unsecured or non‑approved containers

Several pharmacies and services offer professional pre‑poured medication packaging. These can be helpful for agencies and families to ensure compliance.
