By registering for any Time of Your Life Vacations LLC vacation, trip, or event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all policies, procedures, requirements, and conditions established by Time of Your Life Vacations LLC. The company reserves the right, at any time, to request missing signatures or clarification of any vague, incomplete, or otherwise insufficient information submitted on any required form. Failure to update or correct information upon request will result in cancellation of the traveler’s participation without refund. Responsibility for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information rests solely with the traveler, the designated caregiver, agency staff, or the legal guardian.

Time of Your Life Vacations LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by caregivers, agency staff, or any individual completing required documentation. The company relies entirely on the accuracy, honesty, and professional judgment of those providing this information. All required details must be complete, truthful, and submitted in a timely manner prior to any scheduled vacation.
