How to Register for a Vacation

Visit our Current Vacations page and download our flyer to explore each trip. You’ll find detailed information about activities, dates, cost, and Walking Codes, Etc. 

Once you decide which vacations or trips you’d like, please email or call us. You can send a completed sign‑up sheet or simply email us the trips you’re interested in. Please note that submitting a sign‑up does not guarantee a spot. We will always send a confirmation once your spot is secured. If a trip is full, we will let you know and offer to add you to the waiting list.

This form provides important information about the traveler. Refer to the Traveler Information Form in the drop‑down menu.

A deposit saves the traveler’s spot on the vacation. We’ll send friendly reminders as the trip approaches, and we’re happy to set up a payment plan if needed.

2 Weeks Before each Vacation, we’ll send a Detailed Itinerary 

On trip day, please meet us at the designated location, check in with our staff, and get ready for a fun‑filled Vacation. And As always We look forward to traveling with you!
