BUS VACATIONS/ TRIPS:

Time Of Your Life Vacations uses motor coaches that hold 40 to 55 travelers for our larger in size vacations/trips. The motor coaches are equipped with TV monitors and a DVD player, bathroom and air-conditioning. On vacations / trips that we use motor coaches we very rarely make comfort stops due to having a restroom on board. 

MINI VACATIONS/ TRIPS:

Time Of Your Life Vacations uses mini vans that hold 5-7 travelers that are equipped with TV monitors and a DVD player. We also use 12 and 15 passenger vans, but unfortunately these larger vans do not have TV monitors and a DVD player, but however do have a CD player. 

On vacations / trips that we use vans we make comfort stops enroute to and from our destination due to not having a restroom on board. 

Note: 

Transportation to & from the pick-up point is the responsibility of the traveler or the responsible person(s). 

Under no circumstances can seats be reserved on the motor coach or van for any vacation / trip. Seats are available on a first come, first-serve basis the first morning of the vacation / trip.

Safety

Time Of Your Life Vacations take the safety of our travelers seriously. Our vans and motorcoaches that we rent are kept in top operating condition with preventative maintenance. 

All Time Of Your Life Vacations owned vans have safety checks multiple times during the year.

EARLY ARRIVAL: 

Please plan to arrive at the pick-up point at the times indicated and not much earlier, as no Time Of Your Life Vacations staff are scheduled prior to that time. 

LATE ARRIVALS & RETURNS: 

Time Of Your Life Vacations makes every effort to be on time at pick-up and return points!

Travelers that are not picked up upon completion of any vacation / trip and require a Time Of Your Life staff member to wait with them for longer than thirty (30) minutes may be charged a fee. 

In the event of severe weather, vehicle breakdown, airline delays, or other unforeseen events which alter our departure or return time, Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC will try to notify all travelers, traveler’s caregivers, agency staff and family members in a timely manner.

Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC generally rents newer vans and motor coaches, but if we should have a break down or a on-the-road emergency Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC will try to make every effort to rent or arrange alternate transportation.

 In some cases, alternate transportation may not be available (rental company closures, rental companies not available in the area of the breakdown, etc.). In these circumstances Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC will notify all traveler’s caregivers, agency staff and family members of this and may have to have all traveler’s caregivers, agency staff and family members pick their travelers up at the breakdown /on-the-road emergency location. 

Please note this would only be in an extreme emergency and if Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC had no other options.

We offer a few different pick-ups and drop off locations for our vacations.

Not all pick-up and drop off locations are available for all trips. Please see the trip’s description page to see where the pick-up and drop off locations will be offered for that trip.

An itinerary, which will include the exact departure location and address for the traveler’s pickup and drop off location, will be emailed to travelers approximately two (2) weeks prior to the trips departure.

Time Of Your Life Vacations recommends you arrive at the pick-up point in the morning at the times indicated on the trips itinerary and not much earlier, as no Time Of Your Life Vacations staff members or travel coordinators are scheduled prior to that time.

Note: Changing pickup locations must be done no less than two (2) weeks prior to the trip’s departure. Once the itinerary is finalized, the motorcoach / vans may not necessarily be stopping at all pickup locations. You MUST contact Time Of Your Life Vacations office to change your pick-up and drop off location.

SPECIAL PICK-UP OPTION: A special pick-up of twenty (20) or more travelers may be provided for a special group, agency or group home that is not listed in our regular trip’s route or at one of our regular pick-ups/ drop off locations.  To arrange for this option the request MUST be made at least 60 days prior to the trip’s departure. 

In the event of rising fuel costs, and/or airfares, Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC reserves the right to add a surcharge to the vacations /trip cost.  Because of ever-changing attractions, shows, schedules, etc., Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC reserves the right to make substitutions and changes in the vacations /trips when necessary.
