DEPOSITS:
Unless prior installment payment arrangements have been made with Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC, the following registration deposit and final payment policy is strictly enforced by Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC:
Deposits: A deposit is required to reserve a spot for any vacation/trip. We will hold your spot for ten business (10) days from the date of initial registration. By the 10th day we require the trip’s deposit to confirm the traveler’s spot. Unless the deposit/payment has been received or other arrangements are made the “reservation” will be cancelled after ten (10) days. If the trip is less than thirty (30) days away from the date of initial registration, then final payment is due at the time of registration.
· One Day Vacations/Trips: REQUIRE a minimum $100 deposit
· Multi Day Vacations/Trips: REQUIRE a minimum $200 deposit
· Flight, cruise and international Vacations/Trips REQUIRE a minimum $600 deposit.
Note: Some vacations may require a larger deposit. This will be indicated as such in the vacation’s description.
Note: When sending payments by mail, be sure to specify name of the traveler, trip(s), and trip’s date(s). Checks must be made payable to Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC.
Please understand that submitting a registration or booking a vacation/trip online or by mail does not guarantee you a spot on the vacation/trip. When a vacation / trip is full, the traveler will be added to the vacation / trip’s waiting list.
Please call or email our office to confirm the vacation/ trips you are requesting /scheduled for or on the waiting list for.
Receipts:
Receipts are not sent out for payments received by Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC.
Your canceled check will serve as a payment receipt.
Non-Sufficient Funds checks:
A charge of $40.00 will be assessed for a Non-Sufficient Funds check.
PAYMENTS:
Final Payments are considered past due at eight weeks prior to the trip’s departure date. Make checks /money orders payable to Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC· One Day Vacations /Trips:
REQUIRE final payment thirty (30) days prior to the trip’s departure· Multi Day Vacations/ Trips:
REQUIRE final payment sixty (60) days prior to departure
Flight, cruise and international Vacations/Trips REQUIRE final payment eighty (80) days prior to departure.
Note: Some vacations may require different final payment dates. This will be indicated as such in the vacation’s description. All vacations MUST be paid in full before the trip unless payment arrangements have been made and approved in advance with Time Of Your Life Vacations. If full payment is not received before the trip, your deposit, payments and your space on the trip may be forfeited unless special arrangements have been made in advance with Time Of Your Life Vacations. You will be notified if your spot was forfeited.
SIMPLY NOT SENDING IN PAYMENT DOES NOT TELL US THAT YOU ARE CANCELLING OR NOT GOING on the vacation/trip!
If you were not notified and you are a no-show, you will still be responsible for the trip! Cancellations must be in writing!

Refunds and Cancellations:
In order to control costs and accommodate travelers the following Cancellation and Refund Policies will be strictly enforced by Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC.
ALL cancellations must be in writing, in accordance with the refund conditions and certified mailed/emailed to Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC. Cancellations made on confirmation forms, text/Facebook messages or answering machines are NOT acceptable. A follow-up phone call by the Traveler, Travelers guardians, caregivers, agency staff and family members submitting the cancellation is required to confirm the receipt of the written notice of cancellation.
Note: Changes or cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the vacations’ departure date will receive a refund less any pre-purchased portion of the vacation package (show, museum/attraction tickets, transportation, pre-paid meals, etc.)
Changes and cancellations within twenty-one (21) days of departure are non-refundable. No shows, late arrivals to a departure site, and refused boarding of a flight, international flight or cruise due to lack of proper identification are non-refundable.
Some vacations may have more restrictive cancellation policies and penalties. This will be indicated on the vacation’s description. Travelers who are “no shows” on the day of departure receive NO refund. Travelers who are “late” on the day of departure are considered no shows.
Written cancellation must be received before refunds will be made. Refunds are returned by checks. Please allow up two three weeks for all refunds.
All too often, travelers who reside within an agency or group home miss vacations/trips for which they have been registered for due to staff errors at their homes. Please be advised that Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC unfortunately will not give refunds under such circumstances.
REFUNDS :
One Day Vacations /Trips: No-shows or cancellations less than twenty-one (21) days before the departure are non-refundable.
Multi Day Vacations/Trips: No-shows or cancellations less than fifty-six (56) days before departure are non-refundable.
Flight, cruise and international Vacations/Trips: No-shows or cancellations less than one hundred (100) days before departure are non-refundable.
Transfers /Substitutions:
At times substitutions may be available. Substitutions /transfers may not be possible on all vacations/trips. Possible substitution/transfers will result in charges. Charges will be determined at the time of cancellation. The cancelling Traveler, Traveler’ guardians, caregivers, agency staff and family members may provide a replacement traveler(s) for their vacation / trip registration(s).
The Time Of Your Life Vacations office must be notified of the name of the replacement at the time of cancellation. No one is permitted to board any van, motorcoach, flight, cruise and international Vacations/Trips whose name is not on the passenger manifest.
