Overnight accommodations on vacations /trips are well known hotel chains/ resorts.
On some of our vacations we offer choices regarding sleeping arrangements. They are as follows:
DOUBLE ROOM – Two travelers per hotel room, each traveler has their own bed.
SINGLE ROOM – The traveler will have their own private room and bed. There is an additional fee for this accommodation.
Note:
Males and females always room separately except in the cases of couples where we have been given prior authorization for them to room together. For those couples who wish to room together these arrangements must be made at time of registration!
All travelers have their own beds. We try to match our travelers with appropriate roommates based on the traveler’s information forms.
If you’d like a single room, we can accommodate that for an additional fee.
Prices for each type of room are indicated in the tour descriptions. Travelers MUST notify Time Of Your Life Vacations of their accommodation choice at the time trip of registration.
While our staff members, travel coordinators and volunteer chaperons monitor and assists all Travelers, a staff in each room is not always available. Travelers’ rooms are typically adjacent, across or on the same floors to a staff member, travel coordinators and volunteer chaperon’s room.
We reserve the right to place a staff member, travel coordinators and volunteer chaperons in any room if we deem it necessary. Having a staff in the room is not guaranteed.
Travelers who require a staff in their hotel room on overnight vacation/trip need their caregivers, agency staff and family members to accompany them. The traveler will have an increased cost. The cost is the same amount as the traveler fee. On some vacations/trips Time Of Your Life Vacations may a able to accommodate the traveler by rooming them with a staff members, travel coordinators or volunteer chaperon. This would need to be arranged at the time of registration.
Wheelchair / ADA rooms Must be requested at the time of registration. Most hotels have a limited number of wheelchair/ADA rooms and are almost one bed per room. There may be an additional fee.
