HOW TO SIGN UP FOR VACATIONS:
Visit our vacations page on our website or Contact the Time Of Your Life Vacations office to receive our current vacations flyer and registration forms.
Vacations are filled on a first come, first-serve basis and many vacations sell out quickly. It is important to sign-up as soon as possible. We suggest a minimum of 60 days for one day vacations and 5 months for air, rail, cruises, and international vacations.
A deposit is required to reserve your spot on a vacation. We will hold your space for ten business days from the date of initial registration. Registrations may be cancelled with notice if deposits / payment is not received.
When a vacation is full, the traveler will be added to a waiting list. In the event of cancellations, we will then access the waiting list. A full refund will be mailed to any traveler who requests it if they did not get called off the waiting list for their requested vacation. You may also transfer the registration fee to another vacation or maintain a credit for future vacations.
TRAVELER INFORMATION FORMS & ACCURACY POLICY:
Each Traveler is required to have an up-to-date Time Of Your Life Vacations Traveler Information Form completed before they can travel.
The Traveler Information Form will be kept on file at the Time Of Your Life Vacations office and only needs up-dated every twelve (12) months as long as there are NO changes in the traveler’s needs/information (Medications, behaviors concerns, mobility issues, emergency contacts, address, special equipment or medical needs, etc.)
Travelers and their guardian, family member, agency or group home staff are responsible to notify Time Of Your Life Vacations of any changes that the traveler now requires or needs updated. Travelers and their guardian, family member, agency or group home staff are responsible to up-date and complete a new Traveler Information Form.
Traveler Information Forms help us become as familiar as possible with our Travelers. All information provided to Time Of Your Life Vacations must be complete and accurate. Failure to provide accurate or incomplete information may result in immediate dismissal from any upcoming trip/vacation without refund.
In the event that the Traveler’s information form is incomplete, inaccurate, or not documented health/ not documented behavioral issues result in safety concerns for the traveler, Time Of Your Life staff members, travel coordinators, volunteer chaperons and other Travelers on the trip and the Traveler needs to be dismissed /sent home early from a trip, it will be at the traveler’s expense and without a refund.
Time Of Your Life Vacations will help arrange transportation home for the traveler. Travelers will be returned home at their expense and without a refund. If Time Of Your Life Vacations cannot provide a staff to assist the traveler home It is the responsibility of the family member, agency or group home to arrange their own staff to pick up their traveler from the trip.
CONFIRMATION OF VACATIONS:
Once your deposit and/or registration are received the following will happen.
Within two weeks you will receive an email confirmation and Travelers Information Sheet to be filled out and returned to us.
Two weeks prior to the vacation an itinerary will be emailed to the traveler confirming all details of the trip and requesting any additional information needed from the traveler.
Note: Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC does not mail tickets for attractions, shows, etc. included on the trips. The Time Of Your Life Vacations staff members or travel coordinators will have them in his/her possession during the trip.
Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC does not MAIL any invoices, confirmations or itineraries!
All correspondence (invoices, confirmations, itineraries, trip information, flyers, etc.) from Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC are EMAILED to all travelers or their guardian, family member, agency or group home staff. You must list an email address on your traveler information form and registration forms.
ITINERARIES:
An itinerary, which includes, exact departure time for your pickup location, , trip details and hotel information will be emailed to travelers approximately two (2) weeks prior to departure.
