HOW TO SIGN UP:
Mail or email the forms listed below to Time Of Your Life Vacations or register by phone. Full payment is required to reserve a spot for any dance. We will hold your spot for ten business (10) days from the date of initial registration. By the 10th day we require full payment to confirm the individual’s spot. Unless the full payment has been received or other arrangements are made the “reservation” will be cancelled after ten (10) days. If the dance is less than two (2) weeks away from the date of initial registration, then full payment is due at the time of registration.
Pre- registration is required: Unfortunately, we can NOT take anyone at the door the night of the dance that is not pre-registered!!
‘No-shows’ or cancellations less than 14 days before the dance are NON-refundable.
CONFIRMATION & TICKETS: A email confirmation listing the dance information and ticket will be EMAILED to you one week before the Dance. If the Dance is sold out, we will contact you! If you don't receive a confirmation or ticket email one week before the dance, please call our office at 412-256-0389!
Note: Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC does not MAIL any invoices, confirmations, tickets or itineraries! All correspondence (invoices, confirmations, tickets, itineraries, trip information, flyers, etc.) from Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC are EMAILED to all travelers, individuals or their guardian, family member, agency or group home staff.
Transportation: Individuals must provide their own transportation to and from the Dance. Our dances will be held at The Chartiers Room in Bridgeville, PA! Dances are held at The Chartiers Room in Bridgeville, PA (370 Commercial Street, Bridgeville, PA 15017
Supervision: Our staff/volunteers will provide supervision only! If you require assistance in the restroom, have severe behavioral health challenges or need help with your special dietary needs you must attend with a staff/ Guardian!
Medications: We will NOT be assisting individuals with their medication administration at dances!
SPENDING MONEY: You may want to bring some spending money for our Chinese Auction Raffle and store with merchandise for sale.

ALLcancellations must be in writing, in accordance with the refund conditions and certified mailed/emailed to Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC. Cancellations made on confirmation forms, text/Facebook messages or answering machines are NOTacceptable. A follow-up phone call by the Traveler, Travelers guardians, caregivers, agency staff and family members submitting the cancellation is required to confirm the receipt of the written notice of cancellation.
All too often, travelers who reside within an agency or group home miss dances for which they have been registered for due to staff errors at their homes. Please be advised that Time Of Your Life Vacations LLC unfortunately will not give refunds under such circumstances.
